Poured it in thru the funnel... It's not hard thing to do... I actually use 72 grs when shooting paper patch bullets.
Experience it's a great thing, ought to get you some sometime.
In the 1920's "sheeple" was a term coined by the National Socialist Party in Germany to describe people that would not vote for Hitler. In the 1930's they held Hitler as the only one that would bring pride back to Germany and bring the budget and economy back.....

You asked the question I answered it.
There are hundreds if not thousands of shooters shooting for fun and competition that load 70 or more grains of  blackpowder in winchester, remington and starline cases by the hundreds , and for some reason this internet nonsense whooey about can't fit 70 grs of powder in a modern case persists... And I'm not sure how that manages to happen other than it's perpetuated by folks that don't have any experience doing it.

Gcrank one, If you  have a problem getting the powder in to the 45-70 case use a drop tube. You can make a drop tube or buy one from a BP shooting supplier. The drop tube will allow you to get more bulky powder into a case smokless or black. Good Luck. ;)
