found this pic on the web no info just the pic the rifle is real nice cant see what sort of action it is  i would say that the rifle and shot gun are from the same maker look like 1800s guns,does any one no who made these.

Bottom gun is a Davenport, from about 1890 to 1910.

Top one is very similar, although not exactly the same, as my Nitro Marvel 12 GA made by J. Stevens approximately somewhere between 1895-1920.
 
There were a lot of inexpensive "house brand" or "hardware store" shotguns in that general era available though from several manufacturers, some of them made here, some imported, and many with the trade names of the retailers they were sold by.   Crescent was a big supplier of many of those, Folsom of those that were imported.
 
Bottom line is none of them have much collector value, most none at all.
