Noticed tonight on Numrich there are several barrel catches listed for the SB models - standard (2), medium and heavy for starters. There's also a separate number for the Ultra rifle. Anyone know the actual differences? I'm hoping there's an actual difference in the engagement we can get out of differing parts. I have a 308 that thanks to my removing some or most of the fore-end pressure on the barrel now likes to pop open. What I actually found is the barrel seems to actually bounce a bit and instead of locking tighter the more forceful you shut it it'll bounce back a little (inconsistently) to the point there's at times a tight release lever. If you don't check the release lever it'll either ftf or pop open. My hope is one of the other catches will provide a deeper latch ability.
