Another civil war predicted

Its been said and predicted that we may  another civil war soon. It was on the history channel and predicted by the prophets like Maliki.  They said it will be father against son and mother against daughter
and will be fighting in every city and town. What do you guys think???
Could this be why the homeland security bought armored vehicals,  guns and ammo. Could this be why were not seeing that much new ammo being offered?

I don't see another civil war coming. In fact I think it will be very uncivil. I believe a more proper name for what is looming is a revolutionary war.

I don't see civil war, rather civil unrest as the economy disintigrates.  Hope it won't be any worse than the Great Depression.  I know everyone thinks they will head for the hills, but think how many will be there.  I suspect the big problem will be some will be caught not being able to move to more "friendly" areas.  I just hope/think it will unfold somewhat slowly giving us the ability to adjust as it unfolds.

and wilderness area would be packed
like 4th of july weekend. a lot of folks
think they're going to "bug out" ( i hate that term)
to rural areas. the residents might have
something to say about that.

GB is read.  It will be a bloodbath.  We will be forced to kill the "have-nots" and "undesirables" when they come for our stuff.   Those who live in, or near, cities with large populations of "undesirables" should make bug out arrangements and have alternate exit routs.

In Florida, Jacksonville and Miami will be the first cities to burn.

Yep.  A few years ago I pastored in a rural community in central Wa.  They definetly think about how to keep the Seattle area from invading if things become difficult.  I now live in a rural area where there isn't much ag. so food could be a problem, but there are two wilderness areas with in a mile or so by foot and a river close by.  Of course there are lots of folks around also.  Oh well...

I believe something will happen but not another "civil war" in the sense that the misnomer is used.

Depending on who is talking you will hear civil war , revolution , race war, rebellion war, class war, and several others. Most all of it is meant to stir the pot. Back in the 60's and 70's all one heard was race was but our system of govt. got it worked out maybe not to everyone liking but worked out for the time. Anyway it would seem with enough stirring something might happen , maybe unrest in places while out right riots in others. Cities are more ripe for such as small towns and rural areas most often set out the dumb stuff well unless it comes to them . But most who riot know where they can get away with it and where to stay away from. Lots of loud mouths spouting off mainly trying to get others to riot not do it themselves.
 Oh well no doubt the citizens are well armed now thanks to Obama. So will some stupid person fire the first shot or will common sense prevail ? Yea I know common sense is not as common as stupid .

I predict the breakup of the USA on racial lines.   You can already see this happening.

Gun owning whites will control the energy and food producing areas in the heartland while minority infested  cities will become unsustainable and will be consumed by fires, famine and epidemics.  The only thing produced by most major American cities today is Democrat voters and after a break up no one will be trading food and oil for votes in a post-USA that does not have elections...at least not like now. 

White gun owning people who control the heartland will be liberated from the control of the federal DOJ and will "reform" certain issues pertaining to "civil rights."  In other words, whites will once again have 1st class citizenship.

If I last more than 3 months I will look back and smile  laugh at the thought of those that were fantasizing about the lottery. Sitting in a dug out on a river bank in the Big thicket with something to eat will be winning the Lotto.

Thing is while back then the government worked to solve the problems it now apears to be working to creat the problems. Not only that but it seems to be doing it's best to fan the flames. As far as a Civil War the two words don't belong in the same sentence. There's nothing civil about any war, just or otherwise.

We've had two revolutions against over reaching imperialist gobermints, won the first against England in the late 1700s, lost the second against DC in the mid 1860s.  What's destroying our freedomes and economy in DC now is the logical creeping extension of the arrogant imperial gobbermint that won in 1865.
 
The next internal war after economic collapse will again be against imperial DC but this time it won't be a sectional thing, it will indeed be a civil war when those who have been taught by socialist politicians, educators and journalists that they have a 'right' to what others provide.  And, yes, the earliest and bloodiest will be big cities because they concentrate those parasites most dependant on others but eventually - and quickly - it will extend to every place on the map when all people will fight to feed their families on what others have or starve; it won't be pretty. And it will follow a rapid collapse of our high-tech society based on continued access to oil and electricty, not a slow crumbling anyone can deal with as it degrades.
 
Those who 'plan' to grab a "bug out" bag and live off the land and reload for their "SHTF" weapons in the deep woods are kidding themselves.  Escape from the techlogical power of this gobbermint for very long will be impossable for groups or even isolated individuals on the ground and the powers that be know it; that's why Shumer, Reed, Fiendstine, Kerry, Klintons, BO/Joe, Napolitano, Holder, et al, are so arrogant.

I agree that the individualistic SHTF scenario is untenable.  I believe the US will break up along racial lines. There will be states that will start issuing their own money and exercising sovereign state power.  Privately armed citizens will kind of self-organize most commonly on racial lines.

It's important to realize that gun ownership is an implicitly white practice.   Whites make up most gun owners and almost all pro-gun organizations are overwhelmingly white.  This isn't because of exclusion of non-whites, but just that non-whites (except for their gang bangers) have little interest in gun ownership or the shooting sports.  I've hunted deer in half dozen western states for decades...never saw a black deer hunter, dove hunter or anything else and have seen only a handful of blacks at gun shows which I've been attending for decades.   Look at  recent news videos:  All the people buying guns & ammo are whites. 

The effect of the predominance of white people in the gun culture will tip the balance of power toward  and in favor of white people when the  racial re-orgainzation comes.
It's not numbers so much in civil war or in any conflict, but whether or not one group is armed and the other is not.  Armed whites were able to overcome superior numbers of non-whites all over the world during the age of exploration and colonialism because of whites' superior fire power and technical skills.   

The break up is coming and I believe it will be accelerated as more illegal aliens keep flooding into the country and dispossessing white Americans from jobs and neighborhoods.

the realization that our government, and the elected politicains, are more about creating problems, and separation of classes and races, is the key.  By "fanning the flames" they create motivated voters. by then "paying" them with the spoils from the "evil rich" they only compound the problem.  I can see both race and socio-economic factors in the coming problems to our country.  the inner cities and the coastal cities will be the first to fall--- and the first to erode into anarchy.
the only saving grace with the do-nothing, blame-others, socialist-leaning, tree-hugging, pacifist libs is that they don't stand a chance against the firepower I, and most of us, have on-hand.  they will wither and go away. 
There will be an issue, though, with the inner-city thugs who have been raised, and fueled, on violence with no remorse.
 
(didn't think you'd see a post from WI-boy in this section....but this was more universal than THE Civil War --still fascinating to read how you southern guys view things. Even at 40++ , I am learning things about the Civil War that I didn;t learn before, even with that crappy US history course back in college. Honestly, it's fascinating....and with States Rights so prevalent in today's events, it is even more interesting)

If you haven't read "One second after" it is worth the read.  I listened to it on books on tape.  It describes some of these scenarios in times of collapse.  It's so sad to see all this happening to our country    


The book will definitely change you perspective on how you look at things!
