i bought one and it is in the list of serial numbers affected. i have tried and just cannot get it to fire unless i take the safety off and squeeze the trigger. dunno if i will send it in just yet until more details come out.

bought mine  a few months ago   at Wally World, a 308, not on the list............

I sent mine in last Friday morning using the prepaid FedEx label provided by S&W. It arrived at their dock Monday morning at 5:45AM. I picked it up from FedEx on Wednesday evening. The work order states they replaced the trigger. Six-day turn around is not bad at all. I wanted to replace the scope anyway.  :)
