Picked up a H&R 12 Ga Topper Deluxe Classic w/28" Vent Rib Blue Barrel, 3 choke tubes,  & a checkered walnut stock this morning at the gun show for $129.95.

Now that was a deal!  Around here they want that much for an old rusty Topper.  Beautiful gun!

I found that head at the flea market for $3.00 and put a new handle in it.  I just finished it up.  It will shave the hair off your leg.

Very nice scattergun!   Considering what the vendors at the local gun show would want for that gun it would probably be worth the $3+ per gallon gas to drive down to one of your shows.   The only breakopen shotguns for under $100 at the shows around here have handpainted camo jobs and liberal applications of duct tape and bailing wire. :P   (I wish I was kidding about that but I ain't. :( )

You have a nose for finding those good deals!!
 Have you shot that 12 gauge yet?
I just got back from our E.Texas deer hunt and while I was there I had brought along my grandfathers Mod 37 Win in 16 gauge and it is essentially brand new  I got it last year after my mother passed away. First shot was at a wood duck-miss, second shot at a wood duck- duck inthe bag!! I like those single shots, fast on target!!
Will be watching for pictures of first kill with that 12!
