This past Saturday pm, I let my 11 yr daughter use my T3 243, moving up from her Handi 243, as it had a better scope and we expected the deer to come out on the green field late. As you can see from the pic, she made a good shot at about 50 yds. The buck had turned and was facing us, so a neat neck shot was made. Bang Flop. She really is a believer in those neck shots. The T3 was shooting my handloads of Sierra 100 gr on 41.7 of RE22, I think.
Overall, another good hunt. And yes, I am still proud of her. (This is her third deer this year).
