computer problem

i moved moms computer from one room to another and now all it will do is this..

i checked all the cords i dont think its that not real sure tho.

Make sure the mouse and keyboard connectors haven't been swapped too if they're PS2.
Open the case on the tower and make sure all of the cards are fully seated, press them firmly into the motherboard slots, check the memory sticks too, something probably loosened up in the moving and isn't fully connected.
