Ultra barrel vs standard barrel

 Ok call me crazy or whatever but what is the difference between say a 25-06 ultra and a standard 25-06? Both are 26" arent they?

Both are 26", but the Ultra has a much nicer looking stock set.

Only the finish on older Ultras, much nicer finished than Handis, but that's not the case on late production barrels.
