This is one of my favorite Red Dots. It has a 3 mil dot. It is accurate enough for any shooting that I do. On one of my Crosman Phantoms I managed to keep 10 pellets at 30 yards in a group that was about 7/8ths of an inch. This dotter has held up to thousands of shots on two different guns.http://www.midwayusa.com/viewProduct/?productNumber=459296

At 50 yards (the max hunting range I use) the red dot sights I have tried are just too inconsistent.
