i missed something

i was looking at a ar and on the inside of the clip in says 5.45 x39   
i have heard on 5.56 and 7.62 x39   what cal. would it be?

The magazine is obviously made for 5.45 X 39 a fun little round.  Was the barrel not the same?  ARs are offered in many different calibers.

thanks for the info
the ar was marked as 7.62x39 along with 2 or 3 of the clips and 2 of the extra clips were 5.45x39
i missed out and it sold before i got back with him. i geuss it was not meant for me to have it.
i did think $500.00 was a pretty good price tho.

Very good price. They can be a pain to get running right though. The x39 case is fat and uses a banana shaped mag. The AR mag is straight and/or at least straight up top. With some tweaking and good mags some folks have good luck with them, some never get them straightened out to 100% reliability though.
