New cartridge for a handi?

Just read an article on 300 whisper based on the 221 rem. I'd like one in a handi. What caliber can I ream to make this possable?

You can't without a rebore or stub, H&R has never made a .30 cal barrel that would work. There is the 300AAC  Blackout(7.62x35) if you want to buy a complete rifle for about $350 if they ever get them in production.

 Is that caliber something that is a definite to be produced. Was looking at getting anothyer 7.62x39 but will wait as this would be something I would be intrested in. It would be great to know what if any new calibers they are thinking of producing.

AAC is having H&R make them, supposed to be available in March from AAC, not H&R. As I've stated before, if a distributor or dealer is willing to order enough special order firearms, H&R will make them, last I checked it was at least 250 for something standard like a .30 cal, and 500 for something not so common.
