Sabot/Bullet Question

I shot the 200gr Dead Center for the 1st time this season.  2 pellets Pyro.  Encore .50.  Really liked the ballistics.  The result was 1 dead deer(10 point, 252 lbs field dressed)....32yard shot...85yard recovery.  The bullet flattened right out and ended-up under the skin on the off side.  Cecil wrote me a note because I asked about why I didn't get a pass though.  It is due to the high velocity of the bullet and the short distance of the shot.  I just received 250 more bullets and the Hornet conversion plug....cant wait to start shooting as soon as it warms up (-22 F is TOOOO cold)
