Texas Goose Season?????

Does anyone have an idea when the North Texas Goose season starts this year? I can't find anything on  http://www.tpwd.state.tx.us as of yet.
It is hard to fail, but it is worse never to have tried to succeed.


Far better is it to dare mighty things, to win glorious triumphs, even though checkered by failure... than to rank with those poor spirits who neither enjoy nor suffer much, because they live in a gray twilight that knows not victory nor defeat.

Bag and Possession Limits for Geese Bag Limit:
 
 
  • Western Zone Daily Bag Limit:
    • Light Geese - 20 in the aggregate in the aggregate;
    • Dark Geese - 5, to include no more than 1 white-fronted.
  • Eastern Zone Daily Bag Limit:
    • Light Geese - 20 in the aggregate in the aggregate;
    • Dark Geese - 3 Canada geese and 2 white-fronted geese.
Possession Limit: Twice the daily bag limit for dark geese, no possession limit for light geese.

It reads 2012, which is the current year.
