We went to ILL for Christmas. They didn't take Jadyn out Christmas Eve because she wasn't feeling good. We saw her on the 26th and she was very pale but did play and seemed in good spirits. Patty made her a quilt and pillow covered with tinkerbell, her favorite, Jadyn loved it. She awoke that morning with a belly ache which generally means she was bleeding inside again. Her rt leg is still badly swollen from the knee up and she cannot bend it, the leg stays straight but she gets around very well. Since she can't use her leg to pedal they got her a scooter of sorts that she sits on and simply turning the steering handle makes it go, she still doesn't have the hang of it yet but sure likes trying.
Mom was pretty tired but still pretty active for 86. The cancer is still there but hasn't moved in about 3 1/2 yrs. That was when they told her she'd never see another Christmas.
Heres a link to see updates on Jadyn for those interested, it is also in my sig.
