Supposed to be out May-ish of 04.  Word over on the Marlin wire is that it's legal for SASS but can't find it.

Does load like a .22--through to top of the tube--no loading gate.

Oops--turns out a couple of pards over on the SASS wire informed me that on page 16 of the Jan 04 Cowboy Chronicle it says that this one is SASS legal.  Now I'm probably going to be looking for one.
