I encountered this thread while looking for something else and I still think it is a good idea although I am not sure there have been any posts made in conjunction with it. So I am going to bring the thread back to the top and rename it the Hand Gonne Challenge, and now makers can post links to their build threads on it. The thread will be ongoing so you can post to it whenever you finish your gonne (my micro-Tannenberg is still a piece of brass round.)
