Boy, I'm lucky. It's been running about 60-70 degrees for the last couple of weeks here in West Texas. We have had a very mild winter this year, very few days where we went below freezing, even at night. Only problem here, the darn wind blows 60 MPH. I hate to fish when I have to fight the wind all day, but those who elect to go are catching some good fish, and the crappie fishing is excellent right now.
We are getting ready for a trip to Lake Fork the last week of the month. And the end of Feburary we have a salt water trip planned out of Port Lavaca, Tx. Plant to limit out on them big Reds and Trout.................Ummmmmmmmmm, sure good eating. Darn, If I didn't have to work for a living I could fish and/or hunt every day.
