Non-resident cow elk hunts.

  Hey guys, I'm looking to see if there are over the counter tags for cow elk, for non-residents. Thanks in advance, Michiman.

Yes, read thru the regulations carefully. For archery, some units have unlimited over the counter cow licenses. For rifle, a few units have over the counter cow licensese, with caps, that go on sale in July. Most all cow tags are thru the draw, or as left over licenses from the draw that go on sale in August.
