I'd say the model is intended to be decorative, like, put it on the end of a bar, or on the mantle, or bookshelf. It isn't exactly like any real cannon I've seen but is kind of a hybrid of features intended to convey the general impression of an old, highly-decorated bronze field or siege gun. Call it Spanish if you want, I'm sure there were cannons made in Spain which looked something like that, at least as far as the barrel is concerned. The maker didn't find an old cannon and try to replicate it, he just put this together with some representative features.
