The wife and I were at the Gym (Athletic Club) last weekend. While she was in the locker room, a young woman came in talking on a cell phone. This young woman was complaining that she had not received her "Food Stamps" yet. She was talking rather loud and complaining that she needed the money, and she had to wait till her food stamps arrived before she could get any money.
As we were driving away from the Club the wife told me about the phone conversation she had overheard. Well my first thought was, membership at this Club is not cheap, we see this woman regularly so she is a member, (they restrict visits by guest) If she is getting food stamps, how can she be a member of the club? Guess it gotten a whole lot easier to get food stamps in today's world. Now what is she doing, selling the food stamps to get money?
