Oklahoma House Bill 3093
« on: June 04, 2012, 03:35:51 PM »
Our Governor Fallin signed this into law effective July 1 2013 It exempts canoes and kayaks from needing to be tagged or registered to use in this state.
It also makes them subject to sales tax, but it could be that if you purchase one at the right time you could do so tax free.
Anyway tags are due to be renewed for all Oklahoma water crafts this month don't forget. Looking to take a 4 day paddling and camping trip on Broken Bow soon, Planing to float the length of the lake and then the river down to state highway 70.
