I bought a Knight Bighorn camo stock with a thumbhole from Knight.  When I got it, it did not fit.  The forearm had about a one inch gap, and the barrel barely fit in the stock.  It also had a NWTF medallion on the side of the buttstock.

Part 2:
I got a box from Knight today.  They corrected the problem, and then some.  I am VERY pleased!  I have two Knight rifles, and would recommend the customer service to anyone.  Knight Rifles shoot great, and the company backs them up!  Thanks, Knight!

No, but I'm glad you posted this.  I was considering ordering a plain Elite stock. the stock my original DISC rifle has is set up for a right hand shooter,, just doesn't work well for a lefty like me.   I don't want to run afoul of "funny" business dealings.  Were I you, I'd call Knight, explain why the stock was returned and quietly* explain why you want ALL your money back.      *About 90 decibels sounds about right.

I bought a Knight Bighorn camo stock with a thumbhole from Knight.  When I got it, it did not fit.  The forearm had about a one inch gap, and the barrel barely fit in the stock.  It also had a NWTF medallion on the side of the buttstock.  I mailed the stock back to Knight the same day I got it in the mail.  It took Knight over a month to refund my money, and the amount they returned was less than what I paid for the stock.  I figured I'd have to eat the postage both ways, but not pay a service charge.  I was pretty steamed.  The stock obviously was something they had left over from a NWTF run that they couldn't sell.  For what the original cost was, I expected an A-1 stock.  Has anyone on this board had a similar problem?

Sounds like they sent you a TK2000 stock instead of a bighorn stock. I too would make them make it right.

Knight fixed the problem.  A-1 service!

Was it the wrong stock? They are not able to match the Knight Customer Service of old (before EBSCO), but I hope they get there. Glad to hear that they took care of you.

Post a pic of your Bighorn in the new stock when you get the chance.
