As long as you have this same attitude when either side does this I agree. I am not sure about some places but around here when folks do not show for work we fire them and replace them with people who will.

Many times over the years, draconian bills have passed because just enough Republicans were absent, or they voted with the Democrats to pass it. When are we going to pull off the blinders and look at the whole picture? It appears to many of us, that both sides are guilty of this garbage.
