I just looked at the data on Hodgdon's website and strangely enough it too only shows the max load.  That load is 44.2 grains at 46,600 PSI with 41 grains as the max charge for 180 grain bullets.

I suggest calling them at 913-362-9455.  They usually have a lot more data than is on the website and will email it to you or give you what you need over the phone.

A 10% reduction will not be an issue, particularly since they recommended it.

H 4895 is the only powder that Hodgdon has both tested and recommends for really reduced loads.  You can safely load down to 60% of the maximum charge for any cartridge listing H4895.   I know that IMR 4895 ans H 4895 are similar but they are not necessarily interchangeable however the H4895 data is indicative of how forgiving some powders are.

If you are looking for "Powder Puff" loads you need to go into cast bullets.
A 150 gr cast bullet can be loaded with 10 gr of several different powders to give you approx. 1400 fps

would like some of that load data as i also load cast, but for the 150 grain iam looking for a hunting load, i know that that some powders pressure curves are higher with reduced loads and did not want to get into that
