My ole buddy Ed Kirkpatrick of Ed's Contenders and two other fellas have now offically taken over the Thompson Center Assos. (TCA) from Joe Wright.

This has been going on behind the scenes for ahile now and Ed just returned from four days back east finalizing everything and meeting with the wheels at the TC factory.

What does TCA do?  Information on new products or forums?  Both? Getting ready to get back into the TC world this year with either a Contender or G-2.

I have yet been able to shoot a 3 shot sub 1" group at 100 yards ...........on any deer!!!!!!

I quit the TCA a few years ago after having been a member for many years.  I got tired of Joe Wright's attitude.  Maybe I'll think about rejoining.

Same here Greg.  I quit at least 5 years ago for the same reason.  At one time I thought it was great but that was many years ago.  Hopefully it will get back to that under Ed's guidance.  GOOD SHOOTIN',  Walt   :D

I know Art Lamontange is one of the other fella's that took over TCA and if does this as good as he has his other undertaking it will turn out great. Art is a big collector of contender's and is where I get all my info on TC items.

What Ed has told me that about the TCA handover from Joe Wright. Is as follows:Art Lamontange will do the  One Good shot quarterly magaizene. Art already has 30 pages of a "One good shot" work up, Ed Kirtpatrick of Ed's Contenders will do the paper work (record keeping)and take care of shipping out the quarterly TCA barrels, And John Ivy will handle the webb site and handle the emails. Ed will be getting out a letter to past TCA members asking them to come back and support the TCA Assoication.
I like alot of You had drop out of the TCA Associtaion.  I will join again to the "OGS" and do my little part in supporting the T/C's group. Twyman
