It looks like an assassin's kit for a somewhat down-at-the-heels government organization. Like the Department of Health Education and Welfare SWAT Team  ;)
[spoof]The Handi-Rifle is a highly matrixed, vintage tactical shooting platform allowing operators high interchangeability, extended caliber diversity, and a wide choice of range related optical solutions suited to the demands of their tactical operating environments.  ;) [/spoof]

Just projects.   Right down to the recycled 1970's Samsonite briefcase.  Ready to head off to Arizona in 2 weeks, for fun and games with my son-in-law, daughter, and yTTB granddaughter.

A gun is just like a parachute, if you ever really need one, nothing else will do.

As long as it fits in the overhead compartment or under your seat I don't think TSA will have a problem with it on a commerical flight. ::)   Just don't bring your boxcutter on board. :o

Why be difficult, when with a little extra effort you can be impossible?
