My friend and I both have their rifles. Neither one shot for beans until I cut off the silly crown they come with and crowned them correctly. Now both work great. Stock designs aren't very comfortable though. Never played with the 'tender barrels so can't comment on those.
I put 1905 Krag sights on mine, now it works great close up and to rather extended ranges. Too bad modern rifles don't come with good sights like that.
