Better idea, let him fly the ONLY plane. We have no business in syria. I believe obama will send help to topple the govt to give one more to his muslim brotherhood. POWDERMAN.

I am always conflicted when it come to John McCain
While I have lost a lot of respect for John McCain the politician over the years and disagree with his policies , I always have in the back of my mind the enormous sacrifice he gave to this country,  spending over 5 years as a POW in North Vietnam being beaten and enduring the most brutal and harsh of conditions.

I disrespect the politician , but respect the soldier.
I guess I will just agree to disagree with him agreeably

i really dont think another war would get obama elected, probably the opposite.john in obviously distressed about the human rights violations in syria.but i think he is probably the only one that is.
we cant afford another war on another front. these people signed up for this stuff years ago when they gave away their liberty. i know that sounds harsh but can we really continue being the worlds police on borrowed money?

We can't afford Obummer either, but may get him. A President's popularity often go up at the beginning of a war, especially a Dem. The Dems are always critical of a Rep. getting a war , but most of them will be silent for a Dem. We shall see, believe me with 2 boys in the Military it's the last thing I want to see.

One has to wonder if it is not all planned to kill by a thousand small cuts. How many wars can we support money wise ? The cost in our youth is the main loss though. At what point will we be bankrupt ? 4 years ?

Its a Syrian civil war. Its none of our business. Besides do you think Syria would provide air support for we the people in the event of a bloody US government crackdown? I dont think they would.

well, Egypt didn't turn out too good.  not sure yet how Libya is going to turn out, but I don't put a lot of faith in muzzies wanting freedom.  Assad would just be replaced with a militant ayatollah who hates Israel and the USA.
