Metalic sights like the ones on the Sauer 303?

Where to get sights like the ones on the Sauer 303?  They look like they would work for my tired eyes.

Can't really see them well but they appear to be simply island style sights mounted fairly far away from the shooters eye.. I usually recommend receiver sights for 'age challenged' eyes.. but check out Brownells catalog or websight, they have almost any sight combo imagineable..
