At what MPH are they set to go off. Lets say I'm in the woods retrieving an Elk and I bump a tree. Is my air bag going to deploy??

I think most vehicles are set to deploy at 35+. I was in an accident last fall. The speed was around 30mph and the airbag did not deploy.
