He was detained on $100,000 bail on risk of injury to a minor and drug charges.
Police say the boy wore Roman's jacket to school Monday.
When it came time for his show-and-tell presentation, the kindergartner displayed bags of heroin. The teacher confiscated the drugs and told the principal, who called police.
The boy was put in state custody until other relatives could be located.

  GEE...  If we could get all those presently illegal drugs..made legal (as some politicians want) maybe the kid could have made some money !  Couple years like that ...and his college would be covered !  ...If he lives long enough to utilize it..

Plenty of confiscated drugs in holding warehouses.  Laced with strychnine and returned to the streets, the "drug problem", including most political hacks would be solved overnight.

Yup! This is right up there with horrible Cinnamon blight that has hit our nation! We need to make them both illegal! Oh! Wait! Heroin IS illegal........gotta get rid of cinnamon too!!!!
