Ebay barrel prices?
« on: April 14, 2012, 04:44:09 AM »
Why are they so over priced? Had my eye on a custom shop 18" .357 mag to re-chamber to 357 max & just seen its over $360.

I guess I will order a new barrel from MGM all ready chambered for $350.

People get caught up in the auction.  Sometimes you get a deal, sometimes it gets away.  You know the trick: have the amount you will spend in mind and stop bidding when it exceeds that amount.

I believe a lot of it is uneducated buyers that don't do their homework as well.

There are allot of people that live in the middle of nowhere with no gun shops for miles and don't want to drive hours to buy just one barrel ,so they sit at the computer and buy it that way .

Just my thoughts ?
