Hmm... the .500 case fully loaded with H110 can hold a SUBSTANTIAL amount of extra powder.  I'm VERY careful when loading up .500's for this reason.  Its one of those where you can seriously injure or even kill yourself or someone if you touch it off with WAYYY too much powder.  Its like a bomb going off WHEN ITS NORMAL... imagine a double load of H110!!!  :o :o :o
