These bottom feeding scum and predatory killer/rapists are ever-present in your community and mine (Vero Beach is ~60 miles south)...same as child molesters, robbers, con-artists, and thugs. That he languished in prison, while his attorney gorged himself from the Public Trough, for decades, is Victim Survivor's anguish and a preceived Public travesty.
Yes, some men have been incarcerated in error, which engenders the Public's perchance for forgiveness that outweighs the longevity of the delayed moment and the increasing cost. I mean, nobody has ever really met John Q. Public, American Taxpayer. He isn't real and the ability to raise taxes is infinite.
