Good customer service today. Always hear a lot of complaining about bad service so I decided to relate one that is positive.
 
I just recieved an order for 2 stocks from Boyds for my .500 S&W and .357 Max Handis. One was a factory second forest laminate finished stock and one was an unfinished pepper laminate stock. The factory second was a grade 1 finished stock. The problem I ran into was the stock bolt that was shipped was the wrong one and the stock was missing the sling stud. Called Boyds this morning and spoke with a very nice lady. Gave her my order number and explained the issue. Within a few minutes I had my problem resolved. They are shipping the correct and missing part today.
 
 
Cartridges for My Entertainment: .22 S,L,LR, .223 Rem, 7x57, 30-06, 8x57, 357 mag/max, 35 Remington/Indiana, 35 Whelen, 44 mag, 445 SM mag. Adding the 6.5x55 swede!

Good to hear!
 
Now contrary to this is dealing with Richardson Micro stocks(?) in CA. I you get someone to answer the phone instead of a recording and If you ever get a reply from your e-mail, >:( you can wait 6 weeks or better for your order to arrive.
What is the point of Life if you can't have fun.
