S+W 686, 4", .357 good price??
« on: January 30, 2004, 09:37:00 PM »
Folks -

I am considering the purchase of a used S+W 686, 4" stainless, in .357.  about ten years old. Not fired in the last 6-7 years.  Excellent overall condition.  Pachmeyer grips, 200 rounds of cheap ammo. and an Uncle Mike's holster.  Is $300 a decent price?  (I'm thinking it is.)

Thanks for any input - David

Buddy of mine bought the same gun at a pawn shop for 325. with Hogue wood grips. Hell of a gun, nice trigger. I think it would be  a good purchase.
