The missiles rolled out at parades and shows are always fakes. We bring out fakes for parades etc also. It's a public safety issue.
 
N Korea has developed nuclear capability. That is known and not in doubt. It's the ballistic delivery that is the other half of the equation. It really takes alot of technology to make a missile travel 6 thousand miles.
