Did H&R "REALLY" make a trap gun?
« on: April 02, 2012, 05:07:49 PM »
I just got back from the Tulsa gun show, not a single H&R trap gun! Really not a lot of H&R's in anything. I know they didn't sell alot of them ( hence discontinued) , but you would think one would show up somewhere. JamesIII

They are back on their web page. :)  I bought a butt stock for one, for my rifle, it's perfect. The comb is to high for the plain barrel, or I would by another one. If they really are making them again, I should get one this time around.

I'd much rather be remembered for being a great shot than having the most expensive gun

I saw 3-4 on the used gun rack at Cabelas a few months back.  They were brand new.

Ok, now your just make'n me feel bad. The nearest Cabelas to me is 150+ miles one way. At least it gives me hope, maybe my local gun store can find a distributor with one. JamesIII

I got mine on GunBroker about 2 years ago I think I payed 345 shipped. I have my FFL as I do gunsmithing on the side, but no wholesaler I deal with had them in stock,I think they had them listed at 289 dealer cost. But they are very nice and shoot well.   Later Tom
