My thought exactly.  No matter, some folks it seems would be happy to live in a society where drug-addled zombies are the norm.  As with everything in life, even freedom has limits.

We had a foster child with fetal-alcohol-syndrome.  a life ruined because of a drug. (alcohol is a drug)
these kind of parents should be removed from society.

  I am familiar with one case like that also, Bugeye..  A pitiful situation and a terrible price for an innocent child to pay.
