Since you just started with IPSC, you will be shooting a lot and it will be very important to have a good press. I recommend doing what I did and holding out until you can afford a Dillon 550. You will not regret it. The baby Dillon is good, but everyone I've ever communicated with on the topic has eventually upgraded to a 550 or 650 Dillon.
When loading in those volumes reliability and durability are of paramount importance. My own game is Bullseye, and if it were not for progressive pressess-- the Dillon 550 in particular-- I probably would have given it up. When you buy it, also get the maintenance and spare parts kit. It's an extra $20 that will be well spent.
