superknife

Yeah, that superknife is pretty cool.  I've been thinking about putting a carpet cutting blade (looks like a gut hook) in one for deer season.  I'm not sure I like the wyoming skinner setup and it gets durn cold up here!  If I drop and dull blade and I'm outside, I'd prefer to just switch blades in the field and sharpen them in my heated shop   .

National Geo carabiner knife is an interesting, "yuppie to the extreme" knife that I knew was coming when I first saw those carabiner flashlights....  Not sure what I think about it.  It's handy, that's for sure, but then so is a right fitting fixed blade sheath knife - and the sheath knife has a real handle....  I would venture to guess it's intended for you to forget you have it until you need a knife.  The only thing I don't get is, it's a knife for rock climbers - where's the compartment for them to store their weed?

Sears has them for $9.99 and tax. Uses regular utility knife blades. Hard to resharpen the dull utility blades. Easier to use a new blade.
