IMO-Not only do you need to go with a high quality brake, if you are going to use a rifle-scope, choose a scope that has longer eye relief.
Looking up specs of different scopes will give you a good idea.
Burris is one of the bad offenders in terms of short eye relief with rifle scopes (used to be anyway).
Sightron S-III's, Leupold VX-3's LR/T, NF, and Vortex typically have longer eye relief with their rifle-scopes.
