Yup! He ranks right up there with the 18 Republicans and 14 Democrats before him.
They pretty much all have transformed and destroyed the Constitutional government the founders gave us.I'm just going back to Lincoln.The snowball has been rolling downhill for a long time and it's really big now, and near the bottom.If You think he's done a great job of destruction, just wait until the next one gets the job!Or the next bunch of criminals in the House and Senate, and Judicial branch.
