why no remington kwik klip for .308's ?

why doesnt remington off the kwik klip for the 308's?
 i think id like to swap out for that feature in my 700 p/psp/v but i cant find it , if the do make it.
or could i get one for another caliber and use my 308 follower  with another magazine ?

                   Kwik-Klip is an aftermarket kit , that for some reason is only offered for long action calibers !
