NEF tracker 11 sbi rifled 20ga,how accurett at 100yds?

i got this NEF 20ga. and cleaned it up,the barrel was leaded up very badly. you could hardly see the rifleing for about 9 inches ahead of the chamber(shooting foster style slugs maybe). how do you think it will shoot at 100yds with sabot rounds with open sights or scope, can i get a extra 20ga smooth bore barrel or center fire rifle barrel for it for it?i paid 125.00 for it and though it was a good price. eastbank.

Every slug barrel seems to have a sabot round that it will shoot well at 100 yards.  The trick is to fine "that" sabot and not go broke in the process.  I have a Tracker II 20 ga but I refuse to pay 3 to 4 bucks a piece for factory sabots.  I am working on handloaded sabots for this gun but haven't found the magic bullet yet, but at about twenty-five cents a pop I ain't broke yet either.

i think i,ll put a scope on it, to be able to check the accurecy of the gun,instead of these old eyes. if i can get 2-3 inch groups at 75-80 yds i,ll be happy. eastbank.

You can probably get close to your accuracy with Fosters and a scope if you don't mind scrubbing lead out of the bore about every 3rd or 4th box of shells.   I put a rail/scope on mine and there is enough "meat" on the chamber swell to D/T for a scope rail w/o going through into the chamber.

I've tried the Remmy sabots with great success.  About 2" at 100 yds.  About 8" drop at 200.  Don't know about energy at that range, but if the shots in the right place, should be enough.

My 3 shot group with my Tracker II 20ga with Lightfield hybrids 2 3/4" at 75 yards. Mine has a Simmons Pro diamond 4X scope

When you find the sabots they like to shoot they can be tack drivers
