Try Hornady and Speer Reloading Manuals, the 9.3 x 74 is listed...  Greg Bayes from Ky.

I think it is listed over at Hodgdon.com.  If not, call them.  They have lots of data that is not on the site and will emailit to you.

Well I'm so happy, found a gun shop in Eagle River, AK that stockes the 9.3x74R Nosler loaded ammo. I bought 2 boxes of the 286gr load. I'll still start reloading for it but not right away.  ;D

Paper patched 0.358" cast bullets work well in 9.3mm rifles.  I roll a 245gr. Saeco bullet in tracing paper to 0.368" and load it with IMR 4064 powder for my 9.3x74R Ruger.  I have killed a number of large hogs with them.  For more information on paper patched cast bullets, check the Cast Boollit web site.

Hornady factory works great. Hornady, Nosler, Lapua or Norma reloading components are available.
