Looks like a Peacemaker, 1873, only BP....just wonder if there's any conversion cylinders for these...?

I'm pretty sure they are made so that a cartridge cylinder would not fit or be functional without a lot of modification to the gun. The SAA/C&B was developed for European & British shooters where cartridge firing handguns are highly restricted but muzzle loaders are not so much.
