Model 69 with factory scope

Recently picked up this Model 69 and wondering if anybody might know someone who could work on the scope? It is a 2.75 fixed power, factory bases and mounts, and though it is serviceable and shows potential for accuracy it is not as clear as I'd like.

I know, I know,  it is 2.75x power, 3/4" tube, 80-ish years old... nonetheless, if there is some way to make it more clear and bright inside, I'd appreciate finding out who could do it.  Thanks.

I've never had dealings with either of these but you might want to check out Parsons and/or Quality Scope Repairs.
QSR says they deal only with external adjustment scopes:
