Well the looting has already started in the face of Hurricane Issac. Check out this story about three  "Men" arrested for looting a vacated house.   In the aftermath of the tidal wave in Japan and the nuclear reactor problems there was enormous property damage and chaos...but no looting.  Hmmmm....

Then again, Japan has an almost non-existent popluation of scumbag career criminals like the brothers featured in this thread.
 
It kills me, you can almost set your watch by how inner city hoods will act.  Stereotype? maybe- but facts are facts.
 
Tornado goes through a small farming community.  Post emergency, folks are out with chainsaws, truck, and shovels helping others out. 
 
Major hurricane hits huge inner city.  Post hurricane, the raping, shooting, and looting begins.

Did you read the article?  They do not look like "white people on food stamps", however they may, in fact, be on food stamps.  If we started shooting looters the problem might go away.

I saw a comentary on tv last week about the looters after Katrina.  It was said they were good decent people with jobs who suddenly found themselves without jobs or food or drink.  So they looted to survive.  Had to feed their families.  Maybe so, but the videos I saw were folks with shopping carts full of tv's, clothes, electronics, and all sorts of inedible stuff.  Looters are thieves and should be fired upon when caught in the act.
